Sawing through thousands of thrashed skateboards, creating dimensional wall-tile and custom works, Rich was left with mountains of scrap fall-off awaiting the dumpster. “I couldn’t bare to throw away these colorful pieces of art”, he stated, knowing the possibilities they may serve in the future.

The mass-production of tile, although very cool, took it’s toll on the creative outlet he was seeking. Ironically, it was the scrap pieces that re-ignited his passion, bringing him back to where it all started..... and plenty of material to fuel his next chapter. Rich returns to his roots, one project at a time, with no repetition in sight. These one-of-a-kind works are timeless interior pieces and “reflect the emotion of personal space”.
